| 摘 要： | 目的观察肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用LPHP内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折患者32例。结果随访6～24个月,按Neer评分标准:优21例,良8例,可3例,优良率为90.6%。结论LPHP内固定是治疗肱骨近端骨折较为理想的方法。

Analysis of 32 Cases with Proximal Humeral Fracture Treated with Locking Proximal Humerus Plate |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical result of the treatment of proximal humeral fracture with locking proximal humerus plate. Methods Thirty-two patients with proximal humeral fracrure were treated with locking proximal humera lplate. Results 32 patients were followed up for 6～24 months. According to Neer scoring system,the therapeutic out-come was excellent in 21,good in 8 and so-so in 3 cases. The excellent and good rate was 90. 6%. Conclusion The treatment of proximal humeral fracture with locking proximal humeral plate is a perfectly mothed. It is worth of recommending in practice. |
