摘    要:目的:建立妇康宁中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为230nmm,柱温40℃。结果:芍药苷线性范围为0.216—1.350μg,r=0.9999。平均回收率为100.83%,RSD为1.13%。结论:本法分离好,快速、简便,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Fukangning Granule. Methods:The HPLC separation was performed on Diamonsil-C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column with a mixture acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. Detection wavelength was at 230nm, and column temperature at 40℃. Results: The linear response ranges from 0.216-1.350μg of paeoniflorin (r = 0.9999). The average recovery of a paeoniflorin was 100.83% with RSD 1.13%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of the paeoniflorin in compound preparations.
