| 摘 要： | 目的：建立妇康宁中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（15∶85）,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为230nmm,柱温40℃。结果：芍药苷线性范围为0.216—1.350μg,r=0.9999。平均回收率为100.83%,RSD为1.13%。结论：本法分离好,快速、简便,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Fukangning Granule. Methods：The HPLC separation was performed on Diamonsil-C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） column with a mixture acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution （15：85） as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. Detection wavelength was at 230nm, and column temperature at 40℃. Results： The linear response ranges from 0.216-1.350μg of paeoniflorin （r = 0.9999）. The average recovery of a paeoniflorin was 100.83% with RSD 1.13%. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of the paeoniflorin in compound preparations. |
