依托咪酯与异丙酚用于门诊无痛人流的临床效能比较

目的：比较依托咪酯和异丙酚用于门诊无痛人流术的临床效能．方法：选择门诊孕期38～85d的自愿终止妊娠的患者200例，ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，随机分为两组（每组100例）．麻醉采用静注力月西1mg，1min后静注芬太尼2μg/kg，随后注入A组异丙酚2mg／kg，B组依托咪酯0．2mg／kg，监测记录MAP，心率（HR），脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2），观察记录术中镇痛效果，术后恢复时间及静脉注射痛发生率．结果：两组术中镇痛效果及术后恢复时间无明显差异，A组MAP，HR明显下降（P〈0．05），A组静脉注射痛发生率显著高于B组（P〈0．05）．结论：依托咪酯和异丙酚均可为无痛人流术提供有效的麻醉．但依托咪酯具有血流动力学稳定、静脉注射痛发生率低的优点．
