| 摘 要： | 目的：建立制备猪硫酸软骨素的最佳实验方案．方法：以稀碱-浓盐法制备猪硫酸软骨素，用红外光谱法和咔唑分光光度法鉴定猪硫酸软骨素的含量和结构．结果：对自制猪硫酸软骨素和商品硫酸软骨素进行红外吸收光谱比较分析发现，其特征吸收峰均在3400，1620，1560，1240，860cm^-1处．自制猪硫酸软骨素质量浓度在0．00～0．25g／L范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998，n=7），加样回收率为99．48％，RSD=0．73％．结论：本法简单、快速，结果准确，可作为制备猪硫酸软骨素和检测含量的方法． |
