| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨C反应蛋白（CRP）与原发性肾病综合征（PNS）的关系．方法：采用免疫散射比浊法测定超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP），观察76例PNS患者和健康对照组的血清hsCRP以及其它指标的水平．结果：PNS患者血清hsCRP水平较对照组明显升高．Pearson相关分析显示hsCRP与质量指数（BMI）、收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）成正相关（p〈0．05），逐步线性回归分析显示BMI是影响hsCRP的主要因素．结论：PNS患者体内存在以血清hsCRP升高为代表的微炎症反应，并且与患者的BMI，SBP和DBP明显相关，但是与蛋白尿、低白蛋白血症以及高脂血症等PNS的并发症无相关性． |
