奥扎格雷钠联合银杏叶制剂治疗急性脑梗死256例疗效观察

目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合银杏叶制剂治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性.方法将我院同期住院的急性脑梗死患者506例随即分如奥扎格雷钠联合银杏叶制剂治疗组256例、阿司匹林、银杏叶制剂对照组250例,于治疗前及治疗后不同时期分别对神经功能缺失程度评分(NDS)、临床疗效、实验室指标进行检测。结果治疗组基本痊愈率(35.2%)、显效率(60.1%)及总显效率(95.3%)明显优于对照组,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组NDS减分幅度与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合银杏叶制剂治疗急性脑梗死能明显提高显效率,改善神经功能,是治疗急性脑梗死的安全有效的方法。

To Observe the Eifficacy of Ozagrel Sodium and Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Preparation in Treatment of 256 cues of Acute Cerebral Infarction.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Ozagrel sodium joint Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Preparation in treat of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 506 cases of the acute cerebral infarction in the same period were randomly divided into 255 cass of the treatment group(Ozagrel sodium joint Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Preparation)and 250 cases of the control group(Aspirin joint Ginkgo Bfloba Leaf Preparation).On testing of the NDS,clinical efficacy,indicators of the laboratory in difference periods before and after the treatment. Results The cure rate (35.2%) and the significant efficiency (60.1%) and the total efficiency(95.3%) of the treatment group were better than the control group,there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01),the reduction rate of NDS of the treatment group has a significant difference of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel sodium and Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Preparation in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve efficiency significant obviously and it can be improve the neurological function,So it was an effective and safe methods in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
