摘    要:目的:介绍无损检测的常见种类及其在工业生产中的重要性,探讨常见无损检测设备的校准和验证方法。方法:通过了解常见的无损检测设备及其主要性能指标,掌握各无损检测设备所采用的校准依据、主要技术参数以及对校准结果实现验证的主要方法。结果:对无损检测设备进行重复性、复现性及破坏性等的验证,确认是否满足使用要求,以达到实现质量控制的目的。结论:选取适当的无损检测手段以及设备性能良好的检测设备,做好校准结果和使用要求的验证是提高无损检测数据精确度的保障,可更好地为安全生产服务。

Study on the verification method of calibration of common NDT equipment

Abstract:Objective: To introduce the importance of common species of nondestructive testing in industrial production, discuss the calibration and verification methods for common nondestructive testing equipment. Methods:To introduce the common nondestructive testing equipment and main performance index, clarify the calibration criteria of nondestructive testing equipment and the main parameters, and the significance and main implementations of verification for calibration results. Results:To verify the repeatability, reproducibility, destructivity of the nondestructive testing equipment, to confirm whether they can meet the requirements and achieve the purpose of quality control. Conclusion:The proper methods of nondestructive testing and the equipments with good performances, and verifying calibration results and requirements of usage, can guarantee to improve the accuracy of NDT data and make the foundation to serve the safety of production.
