| 摘 要： | 结合国内外文献详细综述了姜黄属药用植物倍半萜类化学成分的研究进展,并对近几年该属药用植物的生物活性和质量控制研究进行了总结。姜黄属药用植物含有多种化学成分,主要有倍半萜,姜黄素和多糖等；具有显著的抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎和保肝护肝等活性。由于其分布广泛、品种繁多、基原关系复杂,市场流通混乱,有必要对其化学成分和药效进行对应比较研究,并建立客观可行的质量标准,促进该属中药的合理安全使用和开发。

| Abstract: | The recent progress in the studies on chemical constituents,pharmacological activity and quality control of the medical plants of genus Curcuma were summarized. These plants contain various chemical constituents and have broad bioactivities such as anti-oxidatioa activity,anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory. It is complex when it is used for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) because of its multispeciese and multiresources. The author believe that a deep research of the quality criterion about this genus can solve many problems of the further investigation and ensure the safety and utility of TCM. |
