| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对子宫肌瘤手术患者的影响.方法 将96例子宫肌瘤手术患者按照治疗的先后顺序随机分为观察组50例和对照组46例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施护理干预,比较两组患者SAS、SDS及SCL-90评分、治疗满意度及治疗依从性等情况.结果 观察组患者在干预后SAS、SDS及SCL-90评分、治疗满意度和治疗依从性均明显优于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 护理干预能够有效缓解子宫肌瘤手术患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,增强治疗信心,提高治疗依从性和护理工作满意度,对患者的治疗和康复有利.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on patients with myoma of uterus operation.Methods 96 uterine myoma operation patients were randomly divided into observation group（50cases）and control group（46cases）.The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group received nursing intervention.SAS,SDS and SCL-90 score,treatment satisfaction and compliance were observed.Results SAS,SDS,SCL-90 score,treatment satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety,depression and other negative emotions of patients with uterine myoma operation enhance confidence in the treatment and improve treatment compliance and satisfaction with nursing work. |
