乳腺癌放疗患者的需求及其影响因素研究

目的 调查乳腺癌放疗患的基本需求及影响因素。方法 以Neuman的健康一护理系统模式为依据设计问卷，调查乳腺痛放疗患生理、心理及社会需求情况。结果 乳腺癌患的需求是多方面的，年龄、家庭结构和放疗次数都是影响患需求的重要因素。老年人(65岁以上)心理需求明显高于青、中年人；青、中年人(40岁以下)发展需求高于老年人。单亲、独身息生理和心理需求均较高。放疗次数多的患心理需求增高。结论 乳腺癌放疗患的需求涵盖了生理、心理和社会多个方面，年龄、家庭结构和放疗次数是重要的影响因素。

Needs of Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy and Factors Affecting the Treatment

Objective To investigate the basic needs of breast cancer patients who are receiving radiotherapy and analyze factors affecting the treatment.Methods Questionnaire was designed according to Neuman System Model to investigate the physiological, psychological and social needs of breast cancer patients who were receiving radiotherapy.Results The needs of breast cancer patients were diverse. Age, family structure and the number of radiation therapies the patients received were factors affecting the outcome of treatment . Senile patients (old than 65 years) had psychologically higher demands than young patients, while young patients (below 40 years) had stronger developmental desire than the old. Those from single parent families or single patients had physiologically and psychologically stronger needs. Patients undergoing repeated radiotherapies had strong psychological needs.Conclusion The needs of breast cancer patients cover physiological, psychological and social aspects. Factors affecting the outcome include age, family structure and the number of radiotherapies.
