伤椎椎弓根钉植入复位固定结合椎体成形治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效分析

目的探讨伤椎椎弓根钉植入复位固定结合椎体成形治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选择30例胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,采用伤椎椎弓根钉植入复位固定结合椎体成形治疗。依据Frankel分级标准评估神经功能,观察患者手术前后椎体高度、椎间隙高度及后凸Cobb角、神经功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果患者术后椎体高度、椎间隙高度及后凸Cobb角均得到显著矫正,与术前相比差别具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与术前相比,术后Frankel分级显著提高（P〈0.05）;患者术后未发生椎弓根螺钉断裂及植骨操作引起的神经血管并发症。结论伤椎椎弓根钉植入复位固定技术治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效好,椎体高度及神经功能恢复理想。

Effect of pedicle screw implant reset combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of thoracolumbar fracture

Objective To investigate the injury of the vertebral pedicle screw implant fixation combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods Totally 30 cases of thoracic and lumbar fracture patients as research object,adopts the vertebral pedicle screw implant fixation combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of.According to Frankel grading standard for the assessment of nerve function,observation before and after operation in patients with vertebral height,the height of intervertebral space and the kyphosis angle Cobb,recovery of nerve function and complications.Results Patients with postoperative vertebral height,the height of intervertebral space and the kyphosis angle Cobb significantly compared with the preoperative orthodontics,difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）,compared with the preoperative,postoperative Frankel classification significantly increased（P〈0.05）,postoperative patients without the occurrence of broken pedicle screws and bone grafting operation caused by neurovascular complications.Conclusion The injury of the vertebral pedicle screw implantation technique for the reduction and fixation for treatment of thoracolumbar fractures clinical curative effect is good,the vertebral body height and the recovery of neural function of ideal.
