瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效评价

目的本研究旨在对瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床效果进行观察和探讨。方法选择青海省人民医院自2011年6月至2013年1月收治的CHF患者80例，随机分为实验组和对照组各40例，对照组患者采取利尿剂、硝酸盐类和ACEI的常规治疗，实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀（10mg／d）治疗。结果实验组总有效率达到92．5％；对照组总有效率达到72．5％，其差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后实验组的心功能指标参数：LADD、LVESD和LVEF分别为（28．2±4．7）、（35．3±5．7）、（44．9±8．3）mm，与对照组相比，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗CHF的效果明显，能显著改善并稳定患者病情。

Clinical evaluation of rosuvastatin in treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective This study aims to rosuvastatin treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF） clinical effects were ob- served and discussed.
