冠心病介入治疗中氯吡格雷的应用观察

目的探讨不同剂量氯吡格雷在冠心病介入治疗中的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法选择江油市九〇三医院进行冠心病介入治疗的116例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予标准剂量的氯吡格雷进行治疗，观察组使用大剂量的氯吡格雷进行治疗，观察两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组用药后12h、24h血小板聚集情况与对照组比较下降明显，经统计学比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者随访1年后，观察组冠状动脉再狭窄率为7．14％，对照组冠状动脉再狭窄率为26．79％，两组比较经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组不良反应发生率14．29％，对照组不良反应发生率为12．50％，两组比较经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对行冠心病介入治疗的患者使用大剂量氯吡格雷可以明显降低冠心病介入治疗中的血栓形成率，不良反应较少，值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Clinical application of clopidogrel in coronary interventional therapy

Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect and application value of Different dose of clopidogrel in interventional treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Chose our hospital for interventional therapy of coronary artery disease 116 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group given a standard dose of clopidogrel treatment,observation group used high doses of clopidogrel treatment, observe two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Observation group after 12 h,24 h platelet aggregation decreased significantly compared with controls, the statistical comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groups of patients were followed up for 1 years later,the group of coronary artery restenosis rate was 7.14%, control group of coronary artery restenosis rate was 26. 79% ,two groups compare the statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Observation group incidence of adverse reactions was 14. 29% , control the incidence of adverse reactions was 12. 50%, two groups to compare the statistics analysis,there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Line for interventional treatment of coronary heart disease patients with high - dose clopidogrel can obviously decrease the rate of thrombosis in the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease,less adverse reaction,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
