MRI在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病诊断中影像变化研究分析

目的分析足月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的早期MRI表现及临床预后分析。方法选取来我院治疗的46例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿对其进行MRI检查,日龄为1-24天,平均为8．34。另外选取18例无窒息史的正常新生儿做为对照组。结果治疗组组有3例患儿在放弃治疗后死亡,28例患儿在MRI首次检查后的14天到1年的时间内进行复查。发现MRI可以显示足月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的十二种早期异常征象,根据MRI检测结果将对象分为四组,结果有显著性差异。结论MRI可客观的反应足月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期脑损伤的严重程度,同时也可进行早期的评估预后。

The analysis of MRI hypoxicischemic encephalopathy diagnosis in the neonatal image in change research.

Objective： To analyse the term newborns hypoxicischemic encephalopathy early MRI performance and clinical outcomes analysis.
