| 摘 要： | 目的检测复发性流产患者子宫蜕膜及绒毛半乳糖凝集素-3（galectin-3）表达，为进一步探讨不明原因复发性流产提供理论依据。方法对41D例不明原因复发性流产患者及32例正常妊娠行人工流产患者，采用RT—PCR、免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶链接法（sp法）检测其子宫蜕膜及绒毛半乳糖凝集素-3的表达。结果复发性流产者子宫蜕膜及绒毛半乳糖凝集素-3的表达明显低于正常妊娠组。结论半乳糖凝集素-3与妊娠早期绒毛及子宫蜕膜发育相关，其表达降低可能是导致复发性流产的原因之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To measure the expression level of Galectin -3 in uterine deciduae and chorionic villi in patients with re- current spontaneous abortion; to examine the relationship between expression level of Galectin -3 with recurrent spontaneous abortion by comparing to normal subjects. Methods： The expression of Galectin -3 in uterine deciduae and chorionic villi was measured using the streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method from immunohistochemistry in 40 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion for un- known reasons and 32 normal first trimester pregnant women. Results ： The expression level of Galectin - 3 in the patients with recur- rent spontaneous abortion was statistically significantly lower than that in normal subjects. Conclusion： The Galectin - 3 level is related to the development of chorionic villi and uterine decidua in the early stages of pregnancy. Low levels of Galectin - 3 could lead to recur- rent spontaneous abortion. |
