| 摘 要： | 观察了97例精神分裂症患者皱微循环的形态、动态。结果实验组在形态方面表现为毛细血管管袢数目减少，管袢长度缩短、异形管袢数目增加；动态异常表现为流态改变。袢顶郁血率增加。与正常对照组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。

| Abstract: | The observation of the nailfold microcirculation was made in 97 schizophrenia patients and a control group of 83 healthy subjects. It was found that the length of the nailfold microvessel loops was shortened their numbers decreased, and the rates of abnormality in shape and in status of blood flow increased, as compared with the control. The incidence of blood stasis in the tips of capillary loops was higher in the patients than that in the control. These results indicate that there may oe a relationship between schizophrenia and the changes of nailfold microcirculation. |
