| Abstract: | This paper reports 13 cases of central nervous system leukemia in children. The incidence of this complication in childhood acute leukemia (108 cases) is 12%. They vary in occurrence in the course of leukemia. Of them 2 cases are asymptomatic and 3 cases have normal CSF and 3 cases are characterized by sudden aggravation after emotional changes. All this shows the importance of the early diagnosis and treatment including psychologic therapy. |
