| 摘 要： | 本文报告细胞浆内含有结晶形包涵体的IgD(K型)骨髓瘤一例。通过光镜和电镜对比观察了骨髓瘤细胞的形态和超微结构特点,并对胞浆内结晶形包涵体的性质及其与Russell小体之间的关系作了初步探讨。 |

| Abstract: | A case of IgD(kappa light chains type)multiple myeloma with intracytoplasmic crystalline inclusions is reported.Light microscopic and electron microscopic exeminat-ions are carried out with a view to compare the morphologic and ultrastructural features of myeloma cells.Moreover, the relationship between the biochemistry of intra-cytoplasmic crystalline inclusions and that of Russell's bodies are discussed. |
