宫康颗粒的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究宫康颗粒的最佳提取工艺,提高产品收率。方法以君药小蓟中蒙花苷含量为考察指标,用正交试验法优选水提工艺的加水量、提取次数和提取时间。结果确定最佳水提条件为10倍量水煎煮3次,第1次煎煮2h,第2次及第3次均煎煮1.5h。结论正交试验优选出的宫康颗粒提取工艺简便、合理。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation technique of Gongkang Granules and to select the best extracting conditions for increasing the product yield.Methods Based on the content of buddleoside in Herba Cephalanoploris,the amount of water,extracting times and extracting time were optimized by the orthogonal test.Results The optimum conditions of Gongkang Granules for water extraction were 10 times of water,decocting 3 times for 2 h at the first time,1.5 h at the second and the third time.Conclusion The extraction technology optimized by the orthogonal test is simple and reasonable.The optimum condition is available for industrial production.
