高吸力劈裂法超声乳化技术

摘    要:
目的探讨高吸力劈裂法白内障超声乳化技术并评价其临床效果。方法利用“打桩式”超声乳化和高吸力稳住晶状体核后,用裂核钩机械裂核方法完成白内障超声乳化手术。结果65眼有效超声乳化时间分别为:Ⅱ级核,22.5010.35秒;Ⅲ级核,44.0310.70秒;Ⅳ级核,44.8315.16秒。术后3天,裸眼或球镜矫正视力>1.0者为44.6%。结论高吸力劈裂法超声乳化技术安全易掌握,适合不同硬度核的白内障。

Abstract:
To evaluate the effect of the technique of phacoemulsification with high vacuum and choppe. Mehthos It was performed withstaked phacoemulsification and high vacuum to suction the nucleus andthen chop the nucleus with phcao choppe. Results The technique wasperformed on 65 eyes. The phacoemulsification time (sec) was: II nucleus, 22.50 10.35 sceonds III nucleus, 44.03 10.70 seconds ; IVnucleus 44.83 15. 16 seconds At 3rd post-operative day, the visual acnities with or without spherical correction were 1. 0 or better in44.6%. Conclusion The Phacoemulsification with high vacuum andchop is safety and easy, and is usful to cataracts with various selerotic nuclei.
