| 摘 要： | 分析白内障超声乳化术后低视力的原因，方法，统计白内障超声乳化术２１４例２３３眼术后３月时同力及眼部检查情况，结果４３眼视力低于０．３，其中超声乳化手术并发症１７眼，白内障患者眼部原有的并发症１３眼，两者时存在１３眼。

| Abstract: | To analyse the causes of low vision. Method 214 cases (233 eyes) were operated by phacoemulsification. Results After operation the corrected vision in 42 cases (43 eyes, 18.45%) were < 0.3 at the time of 3-month.The complicalion by phacoemulsification occurred in 16 cases (17 eyes), cataract complication on eye was in 13 cases (13 eyes) , both complications were in 13 cases (13 eyes) . Conclusion It suggested that we may select suitable cases, decrease complications and raise the ability of managements. Besides, the diagnosis and treatment for patients with cataract complications on eye should be paid more attention to. |
