| 摘 要： | 探讨晶状体，玻璃体切除术后二期前房型人工晶状植入的适应证，手术方法和疗效。方法，对我院行晶状体，玻璃体切除术后的２６例，分别在术３月－２年，行前房型人晶状体植入，术后随访６月以上。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investingate the indication,operating mode and therapeutic effect of secondary implantion of anterior chamber IOL after vitrectomy and lensectomy Methods 26 cases which had been treated with vitrectomy and lensectomy 3 months to 2 years befroe they were performed implantation of anterior bor IOL. The followed - up peried was over 6 months. Results No recurrence of retinal or vitrous diseases was formed. The visual acuities of all cases were better than or equal to the best corrected visual aruity. Among all cases 7 eyes were 0.8 or better, 10 eyes over 0.5 or better and the rest were form 0.3 to 0.4. conclusion The secondary implantation of anterior chamber IOL with only limbal incision is safe, simple and with satisfactory the effect with the traditional imjplantation method. |
