摘    要:
目的 研究糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制。方法 采用气相色谱法动态检测四氧嘧啶鼠视网膜组织中肌醇、山梨醇、果糖、葡萄糖的含量。结果 随病程进展,糖尿病鼠视网膜中肌醇含量逐渐减少,山梨醇、果糖、葡萄糖含量逐渐增加。结论 山梨醇通路活性增强和肌醇代谢异常是造成糖尿病视网膜病变的主要原因。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. Methods The inositol,sorbitol,glucose and fructose content in retina of Wistar rats with diabetes were dynamically detected by gas chromatogra phy. Results The inositol level lowered steadily and the sorbitol,fructose and glucose level increased level increased steadily along with progression of di abetic course.Conclusions It was though that strengthened sorbitol pathway and abnormal inositol metabolism metabolism played a key role in the patho genesis of diabetic retinopathy.
