儿童白内障人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

目的 观察儿童白内障人工昌状体植入术的疗效。方法 采用后房型人工晶状体植入术,随访时用颜少明《立体视检查图》检查双眼视功能。结果 出院时视力≥０．５者占７２％,随访６月－２年视力≥０．５者占６１５,获得了双眼视功能者占４７％。主要并发症为后囊浑浊,角膜水肿及葡萄膜炎。

Clinical observation of intraocular lens implantation in children with cataract

To observe the clinical the of intraocular lens implantation in children with cataract. Methods Modern extracapsular extraction with intraocular lens implantation was performed . Yan Shaoming's stereoscopic vision chart was used to check the biocular visionfunction on follow-up. Results After operation , the vision of 26 eyes(72%) is>0.5. When the patients were followd up, the vision of 22eves (61% ) is > 0. 5. 16(47%) regained binocular vision function .The main complications are posterior capsular opacification , uveitis,corneal edema . Conclusion To regain vision function early and preventamblyopia, it is practicable to perform imtraocular lens implantation inchildren. But this should be done selectively to reduce complications
