| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽省药品GMP检查员从性别、年龄、专业、学历、职称、从业年限、编制归属、工作岗位结构现状和选派以及检查情况进行分析,发现存在的问题,以期为药品生产质量管理规范(GMP)检查员的管理和职业化检查员队伍的建设提供一些借鉴及思路。

| Abstract: | In this article,we analyzed and compared the current situation of drug GMP inspectors of Anhui province from different aspects,such as gender,age,educational background,professional title,years of working,different ownership,working position and inspection conditions,to find out existing problems,in order to provide suggestions for the management and professionalism of drug GMP inspectors. |
