冠状动脉内支架植入治疗不同类型冠心病

目的　评估冠状动脉内支架植入对不同类型冠心病的治疗效果。　方法　 1995年 12月～2 0 0 2年 11月连续 12 3例冠心病患者接受冠状动脉 (简称冠脉 )内支架植入治疗 ,分析不同类型冠心病植入支架的效果。　结果　 12 3例中成功 119例 ,总成功率 96 .7%,其中不稳定性心绞痛、非 ST段抬高心肌梗死、ST段抬高心肌梗死、陈旧性心肌梗死成功率分别为 10 0 %、10 0 %、95 .5 %、83.3%。本组病例 B型以上血管病变占 84.4%,病变成功率 97.4%。　结论　冠脉内支架植入可用于治疗不同类型的冠心病 ;应适时对其进行冠脉造影的血管评价 ,以免延误血管再通治疗时机。

Clinical evaluation of coronary stent implantation in patients with coronary artery diseases

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 123 patients intracoronary stent implantation in the treatment of coronary artery diseases (CAD). Methods From Dec. 1995 to Nov. 2002, intracoronary stent implantation was perfromd in 123 cases of CAD. The immediate and longterm effects of the treatment were analyzed and followed up. Results The successful treatment was obtained in 119 cases, and success rate was 96.7% (119/123), and the success rate of UA,NSTEMI, STEMI, and OMI was 100%, 100%, 95.5%, and 83.3%, respectively in this group. The type B vascular lesions were 84.4%, and rate of immediate success was 97.4%. Conclusions Intracoronary stent implantation can be used in all kinds of cornary artery diseases. Evaluation of the lesions by cornary angiography on time should be performed in order not to miss the opportunity of vascular revivification.
