| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT气管、支气管树三维成像在中央型肺癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法75例中央型肺癌患者行CT容积再现(VR)及多平面重建(MPR),并与手术、纤维支气管镜(FOB)所见及病理结果相对照。结果VR能观察中央型肺癌癌肿累及气管、支气管腔的部位、形态、程度和狭窄的范围等形态改变,但不能充分显示病变本身;MPR能观察肿瘤的实质部分,肿瘤与气管、支气管的关系。结论MPR重建可显示病变本身以及病变与气管、支气管的关系;VR气管、支气管树图像直观显示气管、支气管与病变之间的关系。
