| 摘 要： | 本文分析了292例川崎病患儿中25例发生冠状动脉病变(CAD)治疗过程中的药物选择、用药时间、用药方法、用药剂量及IVIG治疗冠状动脉病变的作用,提出IVIG是治疗川崎病(KD)预防CAD的首选药物。IVIG使用的最佳剂量为1～2g/kg·次×1次;最佳用药时间为≤7天,当CAD发生时间早、损伤程度轻时,IVIG剂量、时间、疗程适当就可能具有治疗CAD的作用。

| Abstract: | In the study. role of IVIG therapy on coronary artery disorders (CAD)resulting from Kawasaki disease by the choice of medication, the time, method and dosage of IVIG administration were retrospectively analyzed in 25 CAD cases of 292 children with Kawasaki disease (KD). The results showed that IVIG might be the first choice of medication for treating KD and, subsequently, preventing from the occurrence of CAD. The most effective dosage would be a single dose oi 1 - 2g/kg/time [and the suitable time of administration would be within seven days after onset. An appropriate dosage, time and duration of IVIG administration can probably play an action of treating CAD when the onset of CAD is in early stage and its severity is milder. |
