不同层级护士中医护理模式执行力现状及影响因素的研究

摘    要:目的探讨不同层级护士中医护理模式执行力现状及其影响因素,为护理管理者采取相应的层级管理策略,提高护士执行力提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、中医护理模式执行力调查问卷、自我效能感量表、社会支持评定量表对95名护士、17名护士长及98例患者进行调查。结果不同层级护士中医护理模式执行力存在差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);不同层级护士的自我效能感、社会支持程度存在差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);学历、护士层级、自我效能感、社会支持程度是护士中医护理模式执行力的影响因素。结论不同层级护士执行力水平的提升应从提高护士学历、自我效能感、社会支持程度等方面实现,护理管理者应充分利用层级管理理念,培养护理人才,从而提高护理管理效率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status and infuencing factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing model execution capacity among differ- ent hierarchy nurses, to provide a basis for nursing managers to take appropriate hierarchy management strategies and improve the nurses'implementation capacity. Methods Totally 95 nurses, 17 nurse managers and 98 hospitalized patients were surveyed by general information questionnaire, execution capacity of TCM nursing model questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale and General Self - efficacy Scale. Results TCM nursing model execution capacity, social support rating and self - efficacy of different hierarchy nurses were differences ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Education, nurse hierarchy, self - efficacy and level of social support were infuencing factors on nurses' execution capacity. Conclusion In order to enhance the execution capacity of different hierarchy nurses, nursing managers should improve their educational level, self - efficacy, utilization of social support. Managers should take full advantage of the hierarchical management concepts to train nurses, thus to improve the efficiency of nursing management.
