经皮椎体强化成形术治疗胸椎压缩性骨折的疗效观察

目的：探讨经皮椎体强化成型术治疗胸椎压缩性骨折的疗效。方法：随机选取经皮椎体强化成型术治疗的59例胸椎压缩性骨折患者（观察组）与给予保守治疗的56例胸椎压缩性骨折患者（对照组），比较两组患者治疗疗效与并发症之间的差异。结果：观察组患者手术过程顺利，术中平均出血量为（4.87±1.36）mL，骨水泥外溢率低达5.95％，无骨水泥松动、椎体再压缩现象，观察组治疗有效率为96.61％显著高于对照组（78.57％）（P＜0.05）；观察组患者在无疼痛、轻度疼痛、中度疼痛、重度疼痛所占比率分别为74.58％、25.42％、0％、0％，与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；观察组患者术后VAS评分、O’Brien活动能力评分、止痛药使用评分均显著低于术前观察组；且显著低于治疗后对照组（均P＜0.05）；两组患者术后无神经症状加重或其他神经症状、肺栓塞、气胸、再次骨折与感染的出现。结论：经皮椎体强化成形术治疗胸椎压缩性骨折的疗效佳，可迅速缓解疼痛，创伤小，并发症低，是一种有效安全的治疗方法。

CURATIVE EFFECT OF PERCUTANEOUS VERTEBRAL STRENGTHENING ERATOP K ASTY IN THE TREATMEMT OF THORACIC SPINAL COMPRESSION FRACTURE

Objective：To study curative effect observation of Percutaneous vertebral strengthening keratoplasty in the treatment of thoracic spinal compression fractures.Methods：59 patients with thoracic compression fractures treated by percutaneous vertebral strengthening molding （ observation group ） and 56 patients with thoracic compression fractures given the conservative treatment （ control group） were randomly selected , the differences between the treatment efficacy and complications were compared.Results：Patients of the observation group operation smoothly , average intraoperative blood loss for ml （4.87 ±1.36）mL, bone cement spillover rate is low of 5.95%, no loosening , vertebral compression , effective rate of observation group is 96.61%, significantly higher than the control group （78.57%） （P 〈0.05）;patients of observation group in the absence of pain , mild pain, mild pain, severe pain proportion re-spectively are 74.58%, 25.42%, 0% and 0%, with differences statistically significance compared with the control group （ P 〈0.05）;patients of observation group with postoperative VAS score , O ＇brien activity ability score , pain scores are significantly lower than group before operation;and significantly lower than control group （ all P 〈0.05 ）; all patients havn ’ t postoperative neurologic symptoms aggravate or other neurological symptoms , pulmonary embolism , pneumothorax , fracture and infection again.Conclusion：Curative effect of percutaneous vertebral strengthening for treatment of thoracic spinal compression fractures is well ,it can rapidly relieve pain, has small trauma and low complication , it’ s safe and effective treatment method.
