奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、奥硝唑三联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床研究

目的探讨奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、奥硝唑三联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将104例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者,按入院ID号单双数分为观察组和对照组各52例。观察组予以奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+奥硝唑三联治疗;对照组予以法莫替丁+阿莫西林+奥硝唑三联治疗,7d为1个疗程。3个疗程结束后比较2组临床疗效及Hp根除情况。结果观察组总有效率、Hp根除率分别为90.38%、88.46%,高于对照组的82.69%、75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、奥硝唑三联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

The observation of the clinical effect for ornidazole,amoxicillin and omeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect for omidazole,amoxicillin and omeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer （ Helicobacter pylori, HP）. Methods 104 cases of Helicobacter pylon positive peptic ulcer patients from were chosen. In accordance with the serial number of the patients admission, patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 52 cases in each. The control group was given famotidine, amoxi- cillin and ornidazole triple therapy. The observation group was given with the injection with amoxicillin, ornidazole triple therapy with omeprazole. 7 days were set as a treatment cycle. After three treatment cycles, the peptic ulcer healing and eradication of the HP, and the clinical effect were taken for statistical comparative analysis. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 90.38% and 82.69% . There was statistical significance between the differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The lip eradication rate of the observation group and the control group were 88.46% and 75.00% , and the comparison was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Omeprazole, ornidazole, combined amoxicillin in the treatment of HP-positive peptic ulcer is obvious, and it is worthy the widely used.
