胬肉头部转位加角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉113例疗效观察

【目的】观察翼状胬肉头部转位＋角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。【方法】对113例（140只眼）翼状胬肉患者,采用翼状胬肉头部转位＋角膜缘干细胞移植手术,观察术后胬肉复发及并发症情况,随诊3～12个月。【结果】113例（140只眼）除17眼失访者外,有4只眼出现复发,复发率3．25％,无一眼出现感染、植片坏死等并发症,少部分患者有长期眼部异物感等不适。【结论】翼状胬肉头部转位＋角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗翼状胬肉的一种有效方法,适于临床广泛应用。

Observation on the Efficacy of Displacement of the Head of Pterygium Combined with Corneal Limbus Stem Cell Transplantation for the Treatment of Pterygium

[Objective] To observe the efficacy of displacement of the head of pterygium combined with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation for the treatment of pterygium. [Methods] Totally 113 cases （140 eyes） of pterygium underwent the displacement of the head of pterygium combined with corneal stem cell transplantation. The recurrence of pterygium and complications were observed after the operation. All patients were followed up for 3-12 months. [ResultsI Among 113 cases（140 eyes）, 17 patients lost the follow up and 4 eyes recurred. The recurrence rate was 3.1%. No one had complications such as infection and implant necro- sis. A little part of patients felt discomforts such as long-term foreign-body sensation in eyes. [Conclusion] Displacement of the head of pterygium combined with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of pterygium, so it is suitable for clinical application.
