宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉65例临床分析

[目的]探讨宫腔镜诊断和治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果.[方法]对本院65例子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜手术.[结果]平均手术时间（23.2±5.2）min;术中平均出血量（34.7±2.8）mL;平均住院天数为4~5 d;无手术并发症,术后子宫内膜息肉无一例复发.[结论]宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉具有微创、不开腹、并发症少、住院时间短、复发率低、保留子宫及盆底组织的完整性等优点,尤其对有生育要求的患者提供了最佳的治疗方法.

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscope for the Treatment of 65 Cases of Endometrial Polyps

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of hysteroscope for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps. [Methods] A total pf 65 patients with endometrial polyps in our hospital underwent hysteroscope surgery. [Results] The mean operative time was （23.2±5.2）min and the mean intraoperative blood loss was （34.7±2.8）mL. The average hospital stay was 4-5 days. No intraoperative complication occurred. No case with endometrial polyps recurred after the operation. [Conclusion] Hysteroscope for the treatment of endometrial polyps has minimal invasion, no laparotomy, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, low recurrence rate, retention of the uterus and the integrity of the basin. Especially for the patients who have the fertility requirements, it＇s the best method of treatment.
