| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理对急诊患者负性情绪的影响。方法将90例急诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组单纯实施常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施心理护理。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定并比较2组负性情绪发生情况。结果观察组焦虑、紧张、恐惧、忧郁、悲观、失望及孤独发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可改善急诊患者的负性情绪。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing for emergency patients＇ negative emotion. Methods 90 cases of emergency patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group only received routine nursing measures. Observation group was given psychological nursing. The symptoms since rating scale （SCL-90） assess and compare the two groups negative emotions conditions. Results The occurrence rate of anxiety, tension, fear, depression, pessimism, disappointment and loneliness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve emergency patients＇pnegative emotion. |
