针药并用治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对细胞因子的影响

目的观察针药并用治疗支气管哮喘患者的疗效及对细胞因子的影响。方法99例患者按数字随机法分成三组，各33例，A组采用二丙酸倍氯米松吸入加无水茶碱缓释片口服，B组应用针刺治疗，c组应用药物加针刺治疗。分别观察患者治疗后的临床症状及体征、肺功能及细胞因子变化。结果三组患者治疗后的临床疗效及肺功能均有改善，但以针药治疗为优：治疗后患者血清和周围血单个核细胞（PBMC）中γ干扰素（IFN—γ）水平较治疗前明显提高。结论糖皮质激素和茶碱是治疗和预防支气管哮喘的有效药物，针药并用治疗可提高疗效。
