| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同康复方式对脑瘫儿童康复的疗效。方法：（1）小脑电刺激组：20例,小脑电刺激治疗＋神经生理学疗法组。（2）高压氧治疗组;20例,高压氧治疗＋神经生理学疗法组。（3）神经生理学疗法组：由治疗师上午执行30min神经生理学疗法（Bobath Vojta法）,其余时间在康复中心训练。（4）家庭康复组：19例,每天在康复中心接受神经生理学疗法30min,其余时间指导家长在家中进行。疗程均为3个月。结果：小脑电刺激或高压氧组结合神经生理学疗法效果较理想。结论：小脑电刺激和高压氧可作为儿童脑瘫康复的辅助疗法之一。

| Abstract: | Objectve To observe the effect of four measures in rehabilitation of children for cerebral palsy(CP).Methods 79 cases were divided into four groups: Group A in 20 cases of CP children was treated with cerebellar stimulation (CS) and therapeutics of neurophysiology with group C.Group B in 20 cases of CP children was treated with hyperbaric oxygenation(HO) and therapeutics of neurophysiology with group C. Group C in 20 cases was treated with Bobath and Vojta processes and training for the function in the centre. Group D in 19 cases was treated with group C processes , but they left the centre for home after thirty minutes of technique.Results The Group A and B had the excellent effect in four groups( P <0.05;0.01)after three months.Conclusion Therapeutics of neurophysiology and CS or HO combined to make a large effect. |
