| 摘 要： | 目的:了解上海城乡结合部60岁以上居民高血压、血脂异常、高血糖的患病率,为社区老年人防病治病提供依据.方法:于2007年对本地区11 220例60岁以上居民的健康体检数据进行统计分析.结果:11 220例中高血压、血脂异常、高血糖总患病率分别为:49.73%、38.63%和7.61%,男女总患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高血压患病率随年龄增高而增高,高三酰甘油血症人数占血脂异常总人数的78%,高血压患者并发高三酰甘油血症、高血糖比例高于血压正常者(P<0.05).结论:60岁以上人高血压、血脂异常、高血糖的患病率在性别及不同年龄段存在着差异性, 应根据性别及不同年龄进行有针对性的预防保健.
