气相色谱法测定淡色库蚊全虫及血淋巴脂肪酸含量的研究

摘    要:
采用改进的气相色谱法测定了不同生理状态下淡色库蚊全虫及血淋巴中脂肪酸的含量。在综合了几种不同样品前处理方法的前提下,采用氮气环境,85℃、7h甲酯化,该方法具有样品甲酯化完全、不易氧化、性质稳定的特点。在色谱条件的选择中,利用玻璃填充柱、程序升温,此法经济简便,易于操作。测定结果的稳定性、重复性均好。

Abstract:
The contents of fatty acids were determined with gas chromatography(GC) in the whole body and the haemolymph of culex pipiens pallens under different physiological states,and a new technical approach to determine the amount of fatty acids in the hiological tissues and the body liquid was established.The characteristics of the improved approach include the completeness of methaesterification,unliability to be oxidized and stability in nature of the treated sample.The glass-filled column used in our GC is economical,simple and convenient,The results determined are both correct and reliable.
