| 摘 要： | 自2005年6月-2006年9月运用股前外侧皮瓣修复足踝部、手掌部的皮肤软组织缺损13例,效果满意。1临床资料本组13例,男10例,女3例;年龄32～70岁,平均41.5岁。机器伤7例,重物砸伤与木棍击伤各1例,车祸伤4例。其中足踝部软组织缺损5例,小腿远端软组织缺损合并慢性骨髓炎3例,手掌部软
