降脂通脉方对高脂血症大鼠血脂、脂质过氧化及一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:目的观察降脂通脉方对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂饲法建立大鼠高脂血症模型,同时灌胃给予不同剂量的降脂通脉方6.25、3.125、1.56 mg/(kg·d)]、血脂康0.2 g/(kg·d)干预。30 d后,停药24 h(空腹8 h以上)取血检测血脂及血清MDA含量、SOD活力和NO水平。结果降脂通脉方能降低高脂血症大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、MDA水平,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和NO水平以及SOD活力,效果以中、高剂量组为显著,与血脂康相当。结论提示降脂通脉方具有调脂、抗脂质过氧化以及保护血管内皮的作用。

Effect of the Serum Lipid,Lipid Peroxidation and Nitric Oxide of Hyperlipidemia Rats by the Jiangzhitongmai Recipe

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Jiangzhitongmai Recipe on high fat diet induced hyperlipidemia in rats model of animal blood lipid and serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO) effect.Methods: High-fat diet feeding method was used to establish the rat model of hyperlipidemia,at the same time Jiangzhitongmai Recipe and 0.2 g/kg/d xuezhikang.was given intragastrically6.25 mg/(kg·d),3.125 mg/(kg·d),1.56 mg/(kg·d)] for intervention.1 months(30 days) after discontinuation of the drug,24 hours(8 hours of fasting),blood lipid and serum MDA detection,the activity of serum SOD and NO level in serum.Results: Jiangzhitongmai Recipe in hyperlipidemia rats could reduce total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),MDA levels,and increasing the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and NO level and SOD activity.The high dosage group were more significant.Conclusion: Jiangzhitongmai Recipe has the function of lipid-lowering,resisting lipid peroxidation and protecting vascular endothelium.
