| 摘 要： | 试验采用三种发情方案对东北马鹿进行同期发情处理,第一组,采用自制海绵栓加PMSG法处理;第二组,采用新西兰进口CIDR PMSG法处理;第三组,采用PG PG PMSG法处理。本试验中,三种方法处理后的同期发情率,自制海绵栓组为81.8%(36/44)、进口叉栓组92%(46/50)、PG PG组42.1%(8/19),两阴道栓组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),两阴道栓组极显著高于PG PG组。 |

| Abstract: | We used three schemes of estrus synchronization to deal with Northeast red deer.The first group was treated with self-made sponge CIDR PMSG;the second group was treated with imported CIDR(made in New Zealand) PMSG;the third group was treated with PG PG PMSG.The results of estrus synchronization rate of three schemes were 81.8%(36/44) by the self-made CIDR,92%(46/50) by imported CIDR and 42.1%(8/19) by PG PG.Our results indicated that there was no significant difference between the self-made sponge CIDR and imported CIDR(P>0.05),and both of the CIDR groups were significantly higher than the PG PG group(P<0.05). |
