头针治疗小儿孤独症疗效观察

目的观察益智头针疗法对小儿孤独症的临床疗效。方法将38例小儿孤独症患者应用小儿头针疗法治疗30次,针刺期间给以电刺激30min。结果经治疗后显效14例,有效16例,无效8例。随访1～2年,有效的30例中,有14例患者在逐渐恢复,其中9例能跟班就读。10例患者进展不显著,有6例患者病情退化。近期有效率为78.9%,远期随访有效率为36.8%。治疗前后Cars评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗前脑电图有广泛重度异常者16例,其中10例治疗后恢复正常。在治疗过程中未发现任何不良反应。结论头针可使孤独症患者的极度孤独、视线接触障碍、语言重复、强迫性一致、感情淡漠得到显著改善。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Scalp Acupuncture oil Infantile Autism

Objective To investigate the clinic therapeutic effect of Intelligence-Promoting scalp Acupuncture on infantile autism. Methods Thirty-eight patients with infantile autism were treated with scalp acupuncture for 30 times. Electric stimulation was performed for 30 minutes during each session of acupuncture. Results After treatment, 14 cases got a marked effect, 16 cases got an effect and 8 cases got no effect. One to two years follow-up showed that of 30 patients who got a therapeutic effect, 14 had been recovering gradually, 9 of whom could go to school to study with classmates, 10 did not improve obviously, and 6 became worse. The short-term effective rate was 78.9%. The follow-up showed that the long-term effective rate was 36.8%. The CARS score had a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference （P〈0.01）. Of 16 sick children who had extensive severe EEG abnormities, 10 returned to normal after treatment. No adverse reaction took place during the treatment. Conclusion Scalp Acupuncture can obviously improve the symptoms of infantile autism such as extreme loneliness, lack of eye contact, repeated words （stereotyped and repetitive use of language）, forced consensus and indifference.
