| 摘 要： | 吻合口瘘是结直肠癌（colorectal cancer,CRC）术后早期严重并发症,临床上并不少见.然而,伴随的吻合口持续的炎症将可能增加吻合口狭窄及肿瘤的复发转移,降低患者的生存率及生活质量.早期发现、及时处理能有效减少其远期影响.

| Abstract: | Anastomotic leakage is a seriousearly-stage postoperative complication occurring fre- quently in colorectal cancer. However, sustained anastomotic inflammation from leakage may increase anastomotic stenosis and tumor recurrence, and reduce survival and quality-of-life. Early diagnosis and timely treatment can effectively reduce the long-term outcomes of anastomotic leakage. |
