肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤诊治分析

目的 探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤临床特点，提高对该病的诊断与治疗水平。 方法 回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年1月7例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤患者临床资料，总结其诊断和治疗经验。 结果 7例患者经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除，术后病理检查均证实为肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤，术后随访0. 5~ 3年，无肿瘤复发。结论 后腹腔镜手术创伤小，疗效满意，是治疗该病有效且安全的方法，值得临床推广。

Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal myelolipoma

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of adrenal myelolipoma, and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases of the patients with adrenal myelolipoma were analyzed retrospectively and the literature were reviewed. Results 7 cases received retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Postoperative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma in all cases. No evidence of recurrence was found within a follow-up of 6 months to 3 years. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is safe and effective for adrenal myelolipoma ,and worth clinical promotion because of its minimal invasive and quick recovery.
