社区获得性肺炎可发展成为严重脓毒症，病死率较高。尽早诊断，准确评估患者病情，把握抗生素启停用时机，准确评估患者结局，从而提高对患者诊治管理，避免抗生素的滥用，节省医疗资源。文章就生物标志物在社区获得性肺炎患者病情评估、抗生素使用指导、结局预测中的应用进行综述，以期能帮助临床医师进一步认识这些生物标志物。

Application of biomarkers in community-acquired pneumonia

Community-acquired pneumonia is a disease which can develop into severe sepsis and has a high mortality. In order to improve the management of it, avoid the abuse of antibiotic, and save the medical resource, we should have an early diagnosis, an accurate estimation of patients＇ condition and prognosis, besides, a proper time to begin and end the use of antibiotic. So,this article summarizes the use of biomarkers in estimation of patients＇ condition, the guide of antibiotic use, and the prediction of prognosis,hoping that it could help to improve the clinician＇s further understanding of these biomarkers.
