摘    要:
目的研究酒司令花草茶的降脂功能。方法将24只小鼠分为空白组、对照组和酒司令组,每组各8只,空白组不进行任何处理,对照组进行灌酒处理,酒司令组灌酒后进行酒司令花草荼灌胃处理。2周后,断颈取血,测定血液中总胆固醇(Tc)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)的水平。结果酒司令组小鼠的TC、TG、LDL—C水平均高于空白组,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论酒司令花草茶具有明显的降脂功效。

Abstract:
Objectives To the function of de-alcohol and liver protection of wine commander herbal tea. Method 24 rats were equally divided into three groups: blank group, control group and experimental group. Blank group were given no treatment, control group were given alcohol and experimental group were given alcohol and then garage treatment of wine commander herbal tea. Two weeks later, blood was taken off the necks of rats. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the blood were tested. Results TC, TG and LDL-C of the experimental group were all higher than the blank group but lower than the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01). Con- clusion Wine commander herbal tea has a significant effect on de-alcohol and liver protection.
