| 摘 要： | 目的]了解乡镇药品监督协管站建设与运行情况,促进其健康发展。方法]以江西为例,采取随机抽样,对全省乡镇药品监督协管站进行调查。结果]乡镇协管站建设情况良好,但硬件条件较差、制度执行欠坚决、激励机制不完善。结论]应注意资源的整合和有效利用、加强内部工作机制、适时推动药品管理体制的改革。
