| 摘 要： | [目的]比较不同手术体位安置时对经尿道前列腺电切术患者舒适度的影响。[方法]将我院2009年5月～2010年8月收治的96例经尿道前列腺电切术患者按照不同手术体位分为两组,对照组46例采用传统手术体位,观察组50例患者配合采用舒适体位,比较分析两组患者的术中生命体征及术后舒适度。[结果]观察组患者术中生命体征以及术后舒适度均明显优于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05)。[结论]不同手术体位安置时对经尿道前列腺电切术患者舒适度的影响不同,临床上应该根据患者情况选择相对适合的手术体位,以更好地提高患者术后舒适度。
