综合医院2005~2010年法定传染病疫情分析

目的了解我院近几年传染病的发病情况及其流行病学特点,为今后传染病防治工作提供一定的科学依据。方法采用EXCEL软件对2005~2010年法定传染病报告数据进行汇总分析。结果 2005~2010年我院共报告23种法定传染病2880例,其中无甲类传染病报告,报告乙类传染病18种1280例,报告丙类传染病5种1600例。主要报告病种为感染性腹泻病、肺结核、手足口病,占报告发病总数的47.47%。感染性腹泻病、肺结核各年报告均排前5位。结论感染性腹泻病、手足口病是我院报告儿童常见病,肺结核是传染病防治工作的重点,因此应加大对周围食品餐饮业管理力度,做好托幼机构疾病预防工作,同时加强对人员密集区域呼吸道传染病的健康教育宣传,防止传染病流行。

Analysis on epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in a comprehensive hospital from 2005 to 2010

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Railway Central Hospital of Chengdu and provide scientific basis for the management of prevention and treatments of infectious diseases.Methods The epidemic situation of infectious diseases from 2005 to 2010 were analyzed by EXCEL.Results 2880 cases with 23 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases were reported,None of class A was reported.1280 cases with 18 kinds of infectious diseases of class B were reported,and class C was 1600 cases with 5 types.The main diseases reported were diarrhea,pulmonary tuberculosis,and brotherhood,accounted for more than 47.47% of total incidence.During this period,diarrhea,brotherhood were listed in the first five places in each year.Conclusion Diarrhea and brotherhood were common infectious diseases reported in children group,pulmonary tuberculosis are still the main task of the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,so it is necessary to strengthen management of food sanitation nearby,disease prevention in nursery school,and also health education of respiratory infectious diseases in high population districts to prvent prevalence of infectious diseases.
