痰热清注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法 将符合诊断标准的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿130例随机分为两组,两组均常规给予对症支持治疗;痰热清组68例给予痰热清注射液0.5ml/（kg·d）,静脉滴注,每日1次;利巴韦林组62例,给予利巴韦林10mg/（kg·d）,静脉滴注,每日1次,用药5天;并观察两组患儿症状与体征变化情况。结果 痰热清组治愈42例,好转21例,总有效率92.65%;利巴韦林组治愈26例,好转29例,总有效率88.70%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;痰热清组的主要临床症状体征消失的时间较利巴韦林组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 痰热清注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎较利巴韦林效果好。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Tanreqing Injection for Herpangina

Objective To study the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of Herpangina. Methods 130 sick children with herpangina were randomly divided into two groups.68 cases in Tanreqing group were treated with Tanreqing injection intravenous drip 0.5 ml/(kg·d),qd for 5 days, while 62 cases in Ribavirin group with ribavirin intravenous drip 10 mg/(kg·d),qd, which combined with symptomatic supportive treatment according to the all patient’s condition. Then the comprehensive therapeutic effect including mean defervescence time and the improvement of symptom were compared between two groups.Results The Tanreqing group was obviously superior to the ribavirin group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection has significant efficacy in the treatment of herpangina in children,and safety,and it is worth to use in clinic.
